The policy meets all of the insurance requirements of the CiCi's Pizza Franchisee contract. Our program objective is quite simple. We'll provide the insurance coverage you need, excellent one-on-one customer service to save you time, and competitive pricing to save you money.

In addition to the franchisee contract requirements, which include general liability, workers' compensation, property insurance and an umbrella liability policy, the policy will also include the following coverages:

• Business interruption
• Employee dishonesty coverage up to $250,000
• Spoilage caused by property damage
• Spoilage caused by breakdown of refrigeration equipment
• Terrorism
• Non-owned auto liability insurance
• Newly aquired locations

For convenience a multiple option monthly payment plan is available to all participants. The CiCi's Pizza Franchise Insurance Program also offers the ability for Franchisees to include additional insurable business exposures such as:

• Employment Practices Liability
• Builders' Risk for locations under construction
• Installation coverage for equipment
• Building glass coverage, including lettering of the glass
• Owned auto coverage
• Catering operations
• Additional insured requirements of landlords and lessors of equipment

HIA will automatically file a Certificate of Insurance with the CiCi's Franchise grantor for each of its policyholders in the program. Loss control and safety manuals will be provided for each CiCi's location in the program and loss control seminars will be offered and coordinated in conjunction with CiCi's Franchisee meetings throughout the year (regional meetings, annual conventions, general meetings).

Business practices education relating to insurance will be available to all Franchisees insured in the program related to such topics as workers' compensation rates, how to reduce your rates through claims control, experience modifiers and return to work programs, employment practices liability insurance-Why it is needed and how to purchase it.

One Point-of-Contact
HIA will serve as one point-of-contact for all CiCi's locations. HIA will service each location and their individual insurance needs.

Meets CiCi's Franchise Requirements
HIA will assess the insurance needs of each location and ensure that CiCi's has the necessary coverages in place for legal, contractual purposes and real-life losses.

Competitive Pricing
HIA has developed a program that can save CiCi's Franchisees up to 20% or more.

Loss Prevention
Loss control presentations will be offered and coordinated in conjunction with CiCi's Franchisee monthly, quarterly, or annual meetings. HIA will assist in creating safety manuals for each CiCi's Franchisee.  Education on how to reduce Workers' Compensation rates, why Franchisees need employment practices liability insurance coverage, and other educational topics will be available.

Owners can choose from a lump sum payment, 2-pay plan, 4-pay plan, 6-pay plan, 10-pay plan.
